Marketplace terms of use
Simbik is a discovery, coordination, and communication marketplace. Provider services, availability, credentials, clinical decisions, pricing, coverage, and payment terms remain the responsibility of the provider or organization delivering care.
Using the marketplace
Provide accurate information, protect your account, respect other users, and use the service only for lawful care discovery and coordination.
Provider responsibilities
Providers and agencies must maintain accurate licenses, credentials, service descriptions, availability, coverage information, and payment terms. Simbik may suspend or remove profiles that are unsafe, misleading, expired, or non-compliant.
Not an emergency service
Simbik does not replace 911, 988, urgent care, or a clinical emergency service. Call emergency services when immediate help is needed.
